Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) .

Delivery Speed: We partner with trusted domestic carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx . Estimated transit times typically range from 2–6 business days .

Free Local Pickup: Skip the wait entirely! Free local pickup is available at our Old Town location. Your items will be ready for collection after a quick 2-hour preparation window.

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and straightforward.

• 30-Day Return Window: You can return any unworn, tagged items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
• Easy Shipping: Send your purchase back using your own carrier, or use our prepaid return label for a flat fee of $10.
• Fast Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Exclusions: Please note that all clearance and sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
