Frequently asked questions

How does it fit, and what size should I order?

Topo says its shoes run true to size and suggests trying your usual athletic shoe size for a first pair, with a secure heel and midfoot and a generous toe box. Wide sizes come in select models, and the listing doesn't say whether this one has a wide. Ask us in store. Walk in anytime and we'll fit you in person.

Can I use my own orthotics?

Topo says to remove the insoles before cleaning, so they come out. Topo doesn't say whether custom orthotics fit. Ask us in store.

How do I clean it?

Topo says not to machine wash or dry. Remove the insoles and laces, hand-clean with a damp sponge and mild soap, and air dry away from direct sunlight or heat, since extreme heat can make bonding agents fail.

What is it made of?

The listing names a ZipFoam midsole, Topo's proprietary foam that is springier than standard EVA. It doesn't give the upper or outsole materials. Ask us in store.

How cushioned is it?

The listing describes max ZipFoam cushioning that absorbs impact. It doesn't give a stack height.

Is it slip-resistant?

The listing doesn't give the outsole material or grip details. Ask us in store.

Is it a stability shoe?

The listing says its Y-Frame Guidance System gently controls overpronation, with stability support and max cushioning.
