Frequently asked questions

Does this sandal run true to size?

Teva doesn't publish a true-to-size rating. Use Teva's free True Fit tool and Size Guide, or try it on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

Is it waterproof?

It isn't waterproof. The straps are quick-dry, so it's fine at the beach or pool and dries fast.

How do I clean it?

Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap and a soft brush. Don't machine wash, and avoid bleach and harsh solvents. Air dry in the shade, away from heaters and long direct sun.

How do I keep it from smelling?

Rinse after salt water, pools, mud or heavy sweat, and dry fully before storing. For lingering odor, Teva suggests sprinkling baking soda on the footbed for 8-24 hours.

What is it made of?

The footbed is Teva's Mush topsole, and the straps are soft, patterned and quick-dry. The sole is light and flexible.

How cushioned is it?

The Mush topsole shapes itself to your foot for cushioning. Arch support isn't listed for this style, so ask us in store if you need more arch.

Is it a toe-post style?

Yes. It is a toe-post flip-flop, light enough for all-day ease.
