Frequently asked questions

Does it run true to size?

Kizik doesn't state that this style runs true to size. Kizik's fit guide says your heel should sit snugly, your toes should have room to wiggle, and there should be about a thumb's width in front of your longest toe. Try it on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

Does it come in wide sizes?

Yes. The listing offers Standard, Wide and Extra Wide. Kizik suggests trying Wide (2E) in your usual size if you're between widths, and ask us about Extra Wide (4E) for very high arches or insteps.

Can I use my own orthotics?

The listing doesn't say whether the insole is removable, so ask us in store before planning on orthotics.

How do I clean it?

Kizik says to spot-clean a knit upper with a soft cloth or toothbrush, dish soap and water, then rinse and air dry.

What is it made of?

The upper is stretch knit. The listing doesn't give the insole or outsole materials, so ask us in store.

How does the hands-free heel work?

Kizik's HandsFree Labs step-in entry lets you slip in hands-free. Kizik says its technology is tested for 30,000 heel compressions.

What support does it offer?

Kizik highlights extra midsole cushioning, a generous toe box that eases pressure and more rubber for grip and durability.
