Frequently asked questions

Does it run true to size?

The listing says true to size. OluKai only makes full sizes. If you wear a half size, OluKai says to size up, and it notes that narrow or wide feet can affect the fit. OluKai also publishes a style-specific Fit Guide on each product page. Try it on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

Can I use my own orthotics?

The listing doesn't say the footbed is removable, so ask us in store before planning on orthotics.

How do I clean it?

OluKai's published cleaning steps cover water-friendly synthetic sandals. The listing gives no care note for this style, so ask us in store for the right method.

What is it made of?

The listing describes a stretch bootie with no-tie laces and quick-drying, breathable materials. It doesn't give a full materials list, so ask us in store.

What support does it offer?

OluKai highlights a stretch bootie that conforms to your foot, no-tie laces, and a build you can wear with or without socks.

Is it slip resistant?

The listing describes the sole as giving sure grip on wet and dry surfaces. It doesn't make a formal slip-resistance claim, so ask us in store if you need it for work.

Is it waterproof?

The listing says it dries fast after water. It doesn't call the shoe waterproof.
