The listing says fully adjustable hook-and-loop straps let you adjust for width and instep. It lists a 3/4 in heel and 6.8 oz per shoe. The listing doesn't give a size chart. Ask us in store. Walk in anytime and we'll fit you in person.

Can I use my own orthotics?

The listing says it has the Taos SOFT SUPPORT footbed with Cool Recovery Foam that supports your arch and metatarsal. It doesn't say whether the footbed is removable or fits custom orthotics. Ask us in store.

How do I clean it?

For the leather upper, Taos says to wipe off surface dirt with a soft dry cloth, then a soft damp cloth. You can condition with a leather cream and buff, but test any cream or polish on a small hidden area first because some products can darken or discolor leather.
