Frequently asked questions

Does this shoe run true to size?

Aetrex recommends sizing up if you're between sizes. Try it on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

What support does it offer?

Aetrex highlights arch support and a metatarsal pad for the ball of the foot on this style.

Can I wear my own orthotics?

No. The footbed is built in and not removable, so it isn't meant for swapping in a separate orthotic. Ask us in store about options.

How do I clean it?

For light cleaning, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, mix 3 parts water with 1 part mild detergent and rub stains gently in circles with a clean cloth. For stubborn spots, Aetrex recommends its Leather Shoe Lotion Cleaner.

What is it made of?

The upper is leather. The midsole is ultra-light cork.

Is it waterproof?

Aetrex doesn't describe this style as waterproof, so avoid soaking it.

How does it fasten and how high is the heel?

Closure: hook & loop straps. Heel height: 1.125".
