Frequently asked questions

Does it run true to size?

Kizik doesn't state that this style runs true to size. Kizik's fit guide says your heel should sit snugly, your toes should have room to wiggle, and there should be about a thumb's width in front of your longest toe. Try it on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

Does it come in wide sizes?

The listing doesn't mention widths for this style, so ask us in store.

Can I use my own orthotics?

The listing says the insole is permanent, so it can't be swapped. Ask us in store about orthotics.

How do I clean it?

Kizik says to spot-clean a knit upper with a soft cloth or toothbrush, dish soap and water, then rinse and air dry. Ask us about washing the insole, since the listing says it is permanent.

What is it made of?

The upper is 4-way stretch knit. The outsole is Rabbit Foam / Flex Foam, a springy, lightweight foam with traction grooves.

How does the hands-free heel work?

The spring-back Cage heel compresses so kids can step in without bending or tying, then springs back into place. Kizik says its technology is tested for 30,000 heel compressions. No laces to tie.

What support does it offer?

Kizik highlights a roomy toe box that lets toes spread, bouncy foam cushioning for active play and kids' sizing.
