Frequently asked questions

How does it fit, and what size should I order?

Topo says its shoes run true to size and suggests trying your usual athletic shoe size for a first pair, with a secure heel and midfoot and a generous toe box. Wide sizes come in select models, and the listing doesn't say whether this one has a wide. Ask us in store. Walk in anytime and we'll fit you in person.

Can I use my own orthotics?

Topo says to remove the insoles before cleaning, so they come out. Topo doesn't say whether custom orthotics fit. Ask us in store.

How do I clean it?

Topo says not to machine wash or dry. Remove the insoles and laces, hand-clean with a damp sponge and mild soap, and air dry away from direct sunlight or heat, since extreme heat can make bonding agents fail.

What is it made of?

The midsole is multi-density ZipFoam, soft against your foot and firmer against the ground, and the outsole is rubber with expanded coverage. The listing doesn't give the upper material. Ask us in store.

How cushioned is it?

The listing describes high cushioning with a 32 mm heel and 27 mm forefoot stack and a 5 mm drop.

Is it slip-resistant?

The listing describes more rubber underfoot for added grip on wet roads. It doesn't give a slip-resistance rating.

How much support does it give?

The listing says a medial post wraps your heel for light stability without stiffness, with high cushioning, and that it has the APMA Seal of Acceptance.
