Orthofeet suggests ordering the size you usually wear. If you fall between sizes, order the larger one. Measure your foot standing, wearing the socks you'll wear with the shoes, and try shoes on in the evening when feet are at their largest. Spacers are included for a custom fit. Orthofeet says spacers can give a tighter fit and reduce heel slippage. Walk in anytime and we'll fit you in person.
