Does it run true to size?

Kizik doesn't state that this style runs true to size. Kizik's fit guide says your heel should sit snugly, your toes should have room to wiggle, and there should be about a thumb's width in front of your longest toe. Try it on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

Does it come in wide sizes?

The listing shows Standard width only. Kizik makes wider options in some styles, such as the Lima 2, so ask us about this one.

Can I use my own orthotics?

The insole is removable. Kizik doesn't say it works with orthotics, so bring yours in and we'll check the fit.

How do I clean it?

Kizik says to spot-clean a knit upper with a soft cloth or toothbrush, dish soap and water, then rinse and air dry. The removable insole can be machine washed and should air dry.

What is it made of?

The upper is 4-way stretch knit. The outsole is Rabbit Foam with rubber pods at the heel and toe.

How does the hands-free heel work?

Kizik says the heel compresses when you step in, then springs back and locks to hold your foot. This style uses a spring-back Cage heel, and Kizik says its technology is tested for 30,000 heel compressions.

What support does it offer?

Kizik highlights bouncy Rabbit Foam cushioning, a roomy toe box that lets toes spread and extra ankle padding.
