Free Local Pickup: Skip the wait entirely! Free local pickup is available at our Old Town location. Your items will be ready for collection after a quick 2-hour preparation window.

30-Day Return Window: You can return any unworn, tagged items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Easy Shipping: Send your purchase back using your own carrier, or use our prepaid return label for a flat fee of $10.

Does it run true to size?

Archies says its flip flops are true to size with a snug fit. The listing says to order your normal running shoe size, and to size up if you're a half size. Your heel should sit in the heel cup with its back lined up to the end of the flip flop. Archies suggests about 5mm of space in front of your toes. Try them on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

How should it fit?

Archies says they should fit like a glove, with very little space in front of the toes and behind the heels. The arch support should line up with your arch, and the toe post should sit comfortably under your toe joints.

Does it need breaking in?

The listing says it's comfortable from the first wear and gets better the more you wear it. Archies adds that most people need to stretch the toe post and straps by hand for a comfortable fit. You can stretch them if they feel tight across the top of your foot.

How do I clean it?

Wash in warm water and scrub with a brush or scourer. Plain dish soap is fine if you need it. Let it air dry. Archies says not to use a dishwasher, because the heat can warp them, or a washing machine, because the straps can get caught.

What is it made of?

The footbed is premium foam that is soft but supportive, and free of rubber, latex and PVC.

What support does it offer?

Archies' signature arch support lifts and steadies your feet in a simple flip flop.

Is it waterproof?

Archies doesn't describe it as waterproof. Its cleaning guidance is to wash by hand in warm water and air dry.
