Which shoes do these fit?

Aetrex lists: everyday casual shoes. Bring your shoes in and we'll check the fit.

How do I pick my size?

Measure heel-to-toe length while standing, in the socks you'll wear. Aetrex recommends sizing up if you're between sizes.

What are they made of?

The top cover is CopperGuard antimicrobial lining and microfiber. The cushioning is iQ150 memory foam. The base is Aerocell polyurethane. Thickness: 0.25" with 43% more memory foam in the forefoot.

What arch type are they for?

These are for low arches and flat feet (Aetrex's 20 and 25 styles).

Do they have metatarsal support?

Not in this style. Aetrex says metatarsal support comes with its 05 and 25 styles.

How do I clean them?

Spot-clean with mild soap and a damp cloth, then air dry. Don't machine wash or dry them.

How long do they last?

Aetrex gives no official replacement interval. Replace them when the support has flattened, and ask us in store if you're not sure.
