Way too wide

Way too wide, I checked with Chat to confirm that an 8 1/2 is a European size 40. With all other shoes, an 8 1/2 is a 39 European I trusted the website, and it is clearly incorrect. Sadly, I took the tag off because it was bothering me as I was putting it on, and apparently you can’t get a refund or an exchange without the tag on and it can’t be a sale or clearance item. Seriously, I totally get clearance, but a sale item not returnable just for an exchange of size? Will never deal with this company Again.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about the sizing issue and the inconvenience with the return policy. We appreciate your feedback and will review our sizing charts to improve accuracy. If there's anything we can do to assist further, please contact us directly. Thank you for your honesty.
