Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a verified mistake was made on our part,

  • Return Window & Eligibility: We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Certain items are excluded and are considered final sale. ( such as clearance, discounted, Sale )

  • Refund: Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to process after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Return Method: To make returns easy, please use the prepaid shipping label included with your order . (The label fee of $9.99 will be subtracted from the total refund amount." )

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges at this time.

  •  The best way to get a different size or style is to simply return the unworn item for a full refund within the 30-day window, and then place a new order at your convenience.
