RETURN POLICY
Steps to return a purchase:
- At Comfortwiz Footwear customer satisfaction is very important. If for some reason the product you have selected was not perfect please return your product with all tags attached in unused, unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a refund.
- Online returns are $10 if you elect to use our prepaid return label. The label is included in the shipping box.
- Refund Process
- Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach ComfortWiz. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Credits can take an additional 2-10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.
- ComfortWiz is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- If the merchandise returned does not meet our eligibility standards (listed below), the return will be declined and the merchandise will be returned to you.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not currently offer exchanges. However, we do have a 30-day return policy in place. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please refer to the return policy ' Once the return is processed, you will be eligible for a refund, and you can place a new order for the desired item.
