Returns & Exchanges


  • Online returns are $10 if you elect to use our prepaid return label. The label is included in the shipping box.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (returns must be unworn, and in the original packaging).
  • Returns must always be mailed back to ComfortWiz, NOT the manufacturer.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order.
  • It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach ComfortWiz. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Credits can take an additional 2-10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.
  • ComfortWiz is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • If the merchandise returned does not meet our eligibility standards (listed below), the return will be declined and the merchandise will be returned to you.
  • Should you have any other questions, please call us at 866-286-4127 so we can personally handle your order. Our phones are open daily from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm Eastern Time.


EXCHANGE is ALWAYS FREE. We hope you'll fall in love the second time around, whether that means finding the right size, width, color, or style.

Should you like to exchange simply:

  1. Use the prepaid label you will find in the box with your shoes and mention what you would like to exchange to.
  2. Call us at 866-286-4127 to arrange an exchange over the phone.

Eligibility Standards

Unworn merchandise can be returned or exchanged at the ComfortWiz store, regardless of whether the original purchase was made in store or online.

All returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must not have been worn.
  • You must bring your receipt, original packaging and the original payment form if the item was purchased by credit card.
  • Items returned without presenting an original invoice or receipt will be refunded through a ComfortWiz merchandise credit equivalent to the current sale price of the products in question.
  • If an exchange order is returned, we will issue the refund back to your card for the full amount.

Please note that for products marked as “sale” shoes (discounted and clearance items), all sales are final—we do not accept any returns, whether for refund or exchange, with respect to “sale” shoes.
