Does this sandal run true to size?

Teva doesn't publish a true-to-size rating. Use Teva's free True Fit tool and Size Guide, or try it on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

Is it waterproof?

No. Leather and suede aren't waterproof, and Teva says they shouldn't be soaked. Keep it out of pools and the surf, and let it air dry if it gets wet.

How do I clean it?

Don't soak it or machine wash it. Teva says leather and suede need their own cleaning method, and its FAQ recommends a nubuck leather cleaner for leather sandals. Use mild antibacterial soap only on the sole and keep soap off the leather. Air dry in the shade, away from heaters and long direct sun.

How do I keep it from smelling?

It has a Life Naturals antimicrobial treatment. Rinse after salt water, pools, mud or heavy sweat, and dry fully before storing. For lingering odor, Teva suggests sprinkling baking soda on the footbed for 8-24 hours.

What is it made of?

The upper is suede from Leather Working Group certified tanneries, with a breathable mesh lining. The footbed is EVA, and the outsole is rubber.

Is it a thong style?

Yes. It is a thong sandal with an extra-wide strap for stability.

Is it cushioned?

Yes. It has a cushioned EVA sockliner. Arch support isn't listed for this style, so ask us in store if you need more arch.
