Frequently asked questions

Does it run true to size?

Can I use my own orthotics?

The listing doesn't say the footbed is removable, so ask us in store before planning on orthotics.

How do I clean it?

The listing says rinse with fresh water and air dry. OluKai's care guide for water-friendly sandals says to brush off dirt, hand wash with a gentle bristle brush and a cold-water, mild-detergent mix, pat dry with a towel and air dry. For salt stains, OluKai suggests equal parts water and white vinegar.

What is it made of?

The upper is a water-resistant synthetic. The lining is jersey knit. The closure is micro hook-and-loop.

What support does it offer?

OluKai highlights a cushioned footbed and adjustable micro hook-and-loop straps that fit any width.

Is it slip resistant?

The listing doesn't mention slip resistance. Ask us in store if you need it for work.
