Frequently asked questions

Does it run true to size?

Kizik doesn't state that this style runs true to size. Kizik's fit guide says your heel should sit snugly, your toes should have room to wiggle, and there should be about a thumb's width in front of your longest toe. Try it on at our Kissimmee store. Walk in anytime.

Does it come in wide sizes?

The listing doesn't mention widths for this style, so ask us in store.

Can I use my own orthotics?

The insole is removable. Kizik doesn't say it works with orthotics, so bring yours in and we'll check the fit.

How do I clean it?

The listing says the insole is machine washable. Kizik's listing doesn't give cleaning steps for the nylon and suede upper, so ask us in store.

What is it made of?

The upper is nylon with suede overlays. The insole is Arch Form high-rebound EVA, removable. The midsole is responsive foam. The outsole is full rubber.

How does the hands-free heel work?

Kizik's HandsFree Labs External Flex Arc lets you step in hands-free. You tie the laces once to set your fit.

What support does it offer?

Kizik highlights an Arch Form insole that molds to your foot, high-rebound foam cushioning, a padded comfort collar and full rubber for heel-to-toe grip.
