Frequently asked questions

How does this sandal fit, and what size should I order?

OOFOS says it runs true to size with most other footwear brands. If you wear a whole size in other brands, order the same whole size. If you wear a half size, women should order a size up and men should order a size down. The listing says whole sizes only, and men's half sizes should size down. Walk in anytime and we'll fit you in person.

Does it have arch support, and can I wear it with my own orthotics?

The listing describes a patented recovery footbed that takes stress off feet, knees and back, with an adjustable strap. The listing doesn't say it fits an orthotic. Ask us in store.

How do I clean it?

The listing says it's machine washable. OOFOS says to use the gentle cycle with mild detergent, or wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

What is it made of?

The footbed is OOfoam, OOFOS's proprietary closed-cell foam. It has an adjustable hook-and-loop strap.

How cushioned is it?

OOFOS says OOfoam absorbs 37% more impact than traditional footwear foam. That is OOFOS's own claim.

Does it help with odor?

The listing describes OOfoam as a closed-cell foam that resists odor. OOFOS says it doesn't hold moisture or bacteria.

Can I wear it around water?

OOFOS says its shoes even float in water. The listing doesn't give a slip-resistance rating for the outsole. Ask us in store.
