We are located inside of the Old Town theme park near the main entrance (behind the ferris wheel).

SHIPPING TERMS

Orders Must be placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday-Friday to be processed and shipped the same day

We ship orders on business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO addresses ship via USPS. All other deliveries ship via UPS or FedEx.

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS or USPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

 

ORDER TRACKING

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:

  1. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Comfortwiz.com  Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
  2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Comfortwiz.com  Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following two ways:

  1. Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.
  2. Visit the UPS Online Tracking web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the UPS Tracking form.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

  • Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
  • It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.

How do I track my order?

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item (a valid email address must be provided when you order), you may track its shipment in either of the two following ways:

  1. Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.
  2. Visit the UPS Online Tracking web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the UPS Tracking form.

Return and Exchange

What is your return and exchange policy?

RETURN POLICY

Steps to return a purchase:

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (returns must be unworn, and in the original packaging).
  • Online returns are $10 if you elect to use our prepaid return label. The label is included in the shipping box.
  • Refund Process
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach ComfortWiz. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Credits can take an additional 2-10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.
  • ComfortWiz is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • If the merchandise returned does not meet our eligibility standards (listed below), the return will be declined and the merchandise will be returned to you.
  • Should you have any other questions, please call us at 866-286-4127 so we can personally handle your order. Our phones are open daily from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm Eastern Time.

How do I find the right size?

Many BIRKENSTOCK models are available in two widths – narrow and regular.

What is the difference between a regular and narrow width?

Birkenstock footwear is manufactured in two widths: regular and narrow. The narrow width is designed to accommodate an A-B width for women and fits more like a medium than a true narrow. Many people find that they can fit the narrow width, even if they don’t necessarily have narrow feet.

How do I apply cork sealant?

Protect and seal your cork with a thin coat of clear drying cork sealer by applying to EXPOSED CORK ONLY.
