We are located inside of the Old Town theme park near the main entrance (behind the ferris wheel).

Local Delivery

I am staying near your store in Kissimmee. Can I get my shoes delivered today?

Yes! If you are located within a 10-mile radius of our Old Town Kissimmee location, we offer a free Same-Day Delivery  for all orders $200 & up.

We charge a loacal dekivery fee for all orders under $200.

Orders placed between 10 AM and 6 PM are typically delivered within 2 to 4 hours.    

Can I pick up my online order in the store to avoid shipping fees?

Yes, we offer a Free Local Pickup option. Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup at our Kissimmee location approximately 2 hours after you place it, provided it is within our business hours.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping on your orders?

  • Yes, we offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders totaling over $99.99. For orders under $99.99, there is a flat shipping fee of $9.99. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We utilize Ground Shipping services via UPS or USPS. The transit time typically ranges from 1 to 6 business days, depending on your distance from our Florida distribution center. Please allow an additional 2 business days for order processing.

Can I pay extra for expedited or overnight shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options. All orders are fulfilled via our Standard Ground service to ensure consistent handling.

What is your return and exchange policy?

RETURN POLICY

Steps to return a purchase:

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (returns must be unworn, and in the original packaging).
  • Online returns are $9.99 if you elect to use our prepaid return label. The label is included in the shipping box.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Can I exchange my shoes for a different size or color?

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your unworn item for a refund and place a brand new order for the correct item. This ensures you get your new size as quickly as possible.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We provide a prepaid shipping label in your box for convenience. However, if you choose to use this label, a fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

How long does it take to see the refund on my credit card?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your original form of payment.

Can I return items that I bought on sale?

 It depends. Items marked as clearance, discounted, or explicitly as "Sale" are considered Final Sale and are excluded from our return policy. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer custom foot analysis?

Yes, we provide a FREE foot scan using the Aetrex Albert 2 Pro Scanner. This takes less than a minute and generates a 3D pressure analysis of your feet to help us recommend the perfect orthotics and footwear.

Do I need to book an appointment for the foot scan?

While you can book a free scan online, appointments are not required. Walk-ins are always welcome for a quick and free analysis.

Is the foot scan really free, or is there a hidden cost?

The foot scan is completely FREE. There is no obligation to purchase, and it is provided as a complimentary service to help identify your foot health needs.

What specific technology do you use for the analysis?

We utilize the Aetrex Albert 2 Pro Scanner, a state-of-the-art device that creates a custom virtual 3D model of your feet,

How long does the scanning process take?

The process is incredibly fast. The scan itself takes less than a minute to capture all the necessary data points to diagnose your foot pressure and arch type

We specialize in premium comfort and orthopedic brands including Birkenstock, Vionic, Dansko, Finn Comfort, Merrell, and Aetrex
